Venues & capacities

How much each facility holds and what to expect on the day.

  • How many people can each location accommodate?

    Pavilion: 120–130 pax · Angelic Field: 150 pax · Open Field: 220–230 pax · The Sanctuary: 250 pax.

  • What are the cabanas' capacity and rates?

    Cabana 1: 2 pax · ₱3,300 Cabana 2: 4 pax · ₱3,500 Cabana 3: 6 pax · ₱3,500 Cabana 4: 6 pax · ₱3,500

    Cabanas 2, 3, and 4 can add up to 3 extra pax via the attic at ₱500 per person.

  • Are there other events going on at the venue on the same day?

    No. We cater one event per day, across the entire 2.2-hectare property. Exclusivity is part of how we host.

  • What's your weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?

    Clients have the option to transfer from the Open Field to the Pavilion with no additional charge from the venue.

  • How many cars can fit in the parking area?

    20 to 24 cars fit in the parking area.

  • What are your wedding packages and what is included?

    Ceremony + reception combinations (6 total event hours):

    • The Sanctuary + The Open Field — ₱110,000 • The Sanctuary + The Pavilion — ₱66,000 • Angelic Field + The Open Field — ₱100,000 • Angelic Field + The Pavilion — ₱60,000

    All combinations include free use of the venue for your prenup shoot and four cabanas (22 hours of stay). Standard check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 NN.

Food, drinks & suppliers

  • Do you have accredited catering services?

    Yes — message them directly for menus and pricing:

  • If I hire my own caterer, is there a kitchen available for them?

    Our kitchen is exclusively used by our accredited caterers.

  • Is there a corkage fee for outside suppliers?

    Yes — ₱10,000 for outside suppliers.

  • Is there a corkage fee for bringing in liquor?

    ₱2,000 corkage fee for alcoholic beverages.

  • What are the ingress and egress times for suppliers?

    5–6 hours for ingress · 1–2 hours for egress.

  • What does your basic sound system include?

    • 4 speakers • 3 wireless microphones • 1 mixer (6-channel mixing console)

House rules

  • Is there a designated smoking area?

    Smoking is only allowed at the designated smoking area near LPREC's parking area.

  • Are party poppers or confetti allowed in ceremony and reception venues? How about rose petals?

    Party poppers and confetti are strictly prohibited — a ₱1,500 violation fee applies as a cleaning fee.

    Rose petals can be strewn during the event as long as they are cleaned up afterwards by your supplier.

  • Are fireworks allowed? Sparklers?

    Fireworks are allowed provided a permit is approved by Alfonso's Bureau of Fire Protection. Sparklers are allowed with proper supervision from an LPREC supervisor.

  • Are your venues dog- or pet-friendly?

    LPREC is pet-friendly, but pets are strictly prohibited from staying inside the cabanas.

Booking & payment

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    Cash, bank transfer, and GCash. We currently do not accept checks or credit cards.

  • How long can I provisionally hold a date for an event?

    Pencil bookings hold the date for one week.
