Important Notes
All published rates are guide prices and subject to change without prior notice. Final quotations are confirmed in writing once the date, headcount, and inclusions are locked in.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% reserves your date. Balance settlement schedules are agreed in the contract — typically 50% at 60 days out and the remainder on the event day.
Peak-season dates (December, May, and Saturdays) carry a 10–20% surcharge. Off-peak weekday bookings are eligible for a discounted rate — ask us for a custom quote.
Quoted rates do not include the 12% VAT, government permits, or third-party supplier costs (catering, photo & video, host) unless explicitly listed in your package.
